Who We Are
Our History
Founded by Kristina Medina in 2026, the Inclusive Futures Fund was created from a deep belief that every child deserves access to the educational and therapeutic support they need to thrive. Families of children with diverse learning and developmental needs often face overwhelming emotional, educational, and financial challenges, with many forced to choose between essential private services and financial stability.
At the same time, schools across our communities need greater support, staffing, training, equipment, and resources to build truly inclusive and effective special education programs.
Inclusive Futures Fund exists to help close these gaps. IFF wants to provide meaningful support to families while investing in stronger, more inclusive school systems where all students can succeed.
Through community partnerships, fundraising, grants, and advocacy, we aim to expand access to services such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, tutoring, social skills programs, and educational supports — while also empowering schools with the tools and resources needed to better serve every learner. Together, we can create a future where inclusion, opportunity, and support are accessible to all children and families.
Our Staff
Inclusive Futures Fund is currently seeking passionate and dedicated board members and committee members who believe in creating equitable opportunities for children and families. As we build our nonprofit foundation, we are looking for individuals who are committed to supporting inclusive education, expanding access to therapeutic services, and strengthening special education systems within schools.
We welcome professionals, parents, advocates, educators, community leaders, and individuals with experience in fundraising, finance, nonprofit development, education, marketing, law, community outreach, and special education. Most importantly, we are seeking people who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Together, we can help bridge the gap between the support families need and the resources currently available in our schools and communities.
